Where about in York are your student properties?
Our houses are in good residential areas of York and are available to students studying at any of the city’s higher educational establishments but are particularly convenient for any student attending The University of York & York St John College.
What do your student properties provide?
All our student accommodation comes fully furnished, is maintained to a high standard and complies with current legislation (gas, electrical, fire, furniture and HMO regulations etc).
Every house has full gas central heating, loft insulation and most are fully double glazing.
The amenities provided vary according to the number of students being accommodated but most houses have at least two showers as well as a bath. Most have at least 2 toilets & many bedrooms also have hand washbasins.
Kitchens are particularly well equipped, usually having a separate tumble dryer as well as a washing machine. Most also have a dishwasher.
Many of our houses have T.V and ethernet ports in each bedroom.
Regular maintenance of the gardens, forecourts and rear yards is included at no extra cost.
